Mud Pie

A colder alternate to coffee. We took a spin on the classic mud pie. We take our fresh pie crust and fill it with chocolate fudge and then add a layer of mexican coofee infused ice cream. To top it up, we slow roast some almonds with a pinch of sea salt and decorate the pie with chocolate frosting.
